Absorb Island has 30-day return policy. The customer has 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@absorbisland.com. Please include the email address used to make the purchase and the order number. If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label that includes the shipping information. The customer has 15 days, after receiving the shipping label, to send the items back. Items shipped back, without first submitting a return request, will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect all items in your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, if the items are damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make sure to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, like worn or washed products, cannot be returned. Please contact us at hello@absorbisland.com with questions or concerns about the product.
Returns on sale items will not be accepted.
Gift card purchases can only be exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. Once the return is accepted and the items are received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method. The new items can be purchased with a separate order.
Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, the charges will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at hello@absorbisland.com.
Order processing times. After an order is placed it could take from 3-5 days to ship excluding weekends and/or holidays, and if you have certain cutoff times for processing orders (e.g., Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
